Findable Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Findable helps people discover local services, shops, and business listings. This policy explains the information Findable collects, why it is used, how it is shared, and the choices available to users.
Information we collect
- Account information: When you sign in with Google, Findable may receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account identifier through Firebase Authentication.
- Location information: With your permission, Findable uses your device location to show nearby services and businesses. You can deny or revoke location permission in device settings.
- Business and contact information: If you create or manage a listing, we may collect the business name, owner name, category, description, address, phone number, email, website, opening hours, service details, and images you choose to provide.
- User content and app activity: Reviews, ratings, saved places, reports, listing updates, searches, and similar interactions may be stored to provide app features.
- Payment records: Merchant listing or verification payments are processed by Razorpay. Findable may retain transaction identifiers, order identifiers, amount, and payment status for fulfilment and record keeping. Findable does not receive or store full card or bank credentials.
- Device permissions and media: The app may request microphone access for audio input and photo or camera access when you choose to upload listing images.
- Technical information: Firebase and platform services may process device, diagnostic, security, and network information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the app.

Sharing and service providers
Findable does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or with your direction. App data is primarily stored using Firebase services. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure.
