Effective date: July 18, 2026

Findable helps people discover local services, shops, and business listings. This policy explains the information Findable collects, why it is used, how it is shared, and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

How we use information

Sharing and service providers

Findable does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or with your direction. Service providers include Google Firebase and Google Sign-In for authentication, database, storage, and app operations, and Razorpay for payment processing. Public business-listing details and submitted reviews may be visible to other app users.

Data storage, security, and retention

App data is primarily stored using Firebase services. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the app, maintain required records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type.

Your choices and deletion

See the Findable account deletion instructions for the request process.

Children

Findable is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
