Delete your Findable account and data
Findable users can request deletion of their account-related data and associated app data.
How to request deletion
- Email srinuswetha78@gmail.com from the Google account used to sign in to Findable.
- Use the subject Findable account deletion request.
- Include your name and the name of any business listing you manage. Do not send a password, payment card, or banking information.
What will be deleted
After account ownership is verified, Findable will delete or anonymise the account profile and associated saved places, reviews, ratings, reports, and business-listing information that is not legally required to be retained.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. These records are restricted to those purposes and removed when no longer required.
Requests are normally processed within 30 days after verification. We will reply by email if more information or time is required.
